How do we book a team headshot session?

Do you come to our office or do we visit your studio?
Most individual sessions we take at our studio in central London, just off Leicester Square. Most team headshot sessions take place on-site at your office or event location for convenience. I bring a professional lighting setup and background options to create consistent, polished results.
How long does each session take?
On average, headshots take about 10-15 minutes per person when doing a team session, depending on the setup and team size. Sessions are efficient and relaxed — designed to keep your schedule running smoothly.
What should we wear?
For corporate teams, I recommend sticking to your company’s professional dress code or brand colours. Solid tones generally photograph best, and I’m happy to provide a brief prep guide in advance.
Can you match our existing headshot style?
Absolutely. If your company already has a particular lighting style or background, I’ll match it for consistency across your team and new hires.
When will we get the final images?
You’ll receive a proof gallery within a few days of the session. Once you’ve selected your favourites, the final retouched images are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
